The Largest Gathering of Midmarket CIOs and Senior IT Executives

A New Vision For The Midsize Enterprise CIO

IT leaders are facing pressure like never before — the pressure to determine and articulate the business value of a barrage of new technologies from AI to IoT to containers to public cloud. This pressure coupled with the need to meet the threats coming from all directions head-on is shaking the confidence of business leaders, customers and suppliers. In addition, the company data center needs to be modernized to accommodate all these coming realities. The executives best positioned to respond to this environment are you, today’s midmarket CIOs. However, a new roadmap is needed to execute at scale. To succeed, you must create a vision for leading IT within your company. As CIO, your new vision must communicate how the latest tech solutions will help your organization differentiate itself and come out on top of the competition.

What Our Attendees Say

This summit was the best conference I've been to in a long while.  In less than three days I was able to find information that would have normally taken 6 months of web searching.  The best part was it put me face-to-face with the vendors I wanted to hear from and it wasn't all a sales ploy..”

― Michael Grosse, CTO, Sullivan University System

I have never been to an event that offered such great networking as well as group feedback on current products and trends. I would highly recommend MES events to anyone that is thinking about going.”

― Dane Holman, IT Director, McGowan & Co.
MES provides me with exposure to technology solutions that I would not otherwise have access to or may have considered. I get a chance to validate strategy with my peers while learning about their challenges and approaches.  Having direct access to Gartner industry insights is awesome.

Brian Celardo, IT Director, Birch Family Services
At first, I wasn't sure if my company and my situation would translate well to MES. Once I started networking with my peers at the summit, I found many others in almost identical business situations and facing the same issues I deal with - getting proper IT budget, how to efficiently manage a small IT workforce - and exchanging knowledge with them was invaluable..”

Robert Vinagray, CIO, Burma Bibas, Inc.
“MES is by far one of the best events for gathering information about the latest technology trends, discussing solutions for SMB's challenges, and last but not least finding out how various vendors can help you solve those challenges.”

Giving Back

Channel@Work is our way of giving back to the community that has given us so much over the past three decades. This charitable arm of The Channel Company’s events group is designed to bring the IT community together to connect and give back to the local communities that host our events.  MES Spring 2018 will be supporting the Orlando-based One Heart. One Heart for Women and Children's mission is to provide the necessary resources for families as they transition through and overcome varying hardships of daily living in the Central Florida region and abroad.

MES Spring will be collecting donations (you'll find collection boxes at the MES registration counters).  You can participate by packing an item in your suitcase, from things easily found in your home:

  • ONE dollar
  • ONE can of food
  • ONE pair of socks
  • ONE towel or washcloth
  • ONE article of clothing
  • ONE pair of gently worn shoes
