Four years into my career, I moved into Technology Management, as the Director of Technology with Access Courier, a regional courier/logistics company. I spent 10 years in this role, helping to grow the business with leading-edge technology solutions.
In 2012, I made the leap to Midsize Enterprise Executive as the CIO of Murphy Company, a leading Mechanical Contractor and Construction company. In 2013, I lead the MurphyTrack software initiative, for which I was awarded a Top 20 Most Innovative CIO award at MES 2014.
Most recently, I joined ARCO National Construction/ARCO Murray in 2015 as their CTO. As CTO, I’m defining the vision for technology at ARCO and driving operational efficiency and customer experience. My team partners with our project teams to constantly improve and iterate our Technology stack. Sagar is the Head of Data Science at Enterprise Technology Research (ETR) where he leads the design and development of all analytical models and solutions. Over the last four years, he has spearheaded the development of numerous statistical models to identify the relationship between survey responses and a vendor’s performance. These endeavors produced results that quantitatively justify the efficacy of ETR’s primary research methodology. The current adoption of Office 365 at Hershey is more than twice the national average. From architecting, developing, governance, deployment, and global change management, Hershey is now equipped to leverage any device, at anytime, anywhere. This initiative has revolutionized flexibility in the workplace. Before joining Hershey, Mr. Lenhart spent twenty-three years at UPS. Starting as an industrial engineer, he transitioned into consultative technical solutions. The predictive capabilities were based on machine learning algorithms, which resulted in significant cost savings.
