Women of the Channel Leadership Summit East 2018

Build Connections. Master Leadership. Inspire Others.

Today’s women who lead or aspire to inspire others must possess the language of possibility. To break new ground for their organizations, ascend personally and professionally, women must understand that possibility is a new framework for thinking. This means getting comfortable with what is less certain and choosing words that drive invention and creativity. Women of the channel today are gaining significant power across the IT industry and in the corporate world. Their roles and influence have clearly evolved into a major force. As individuals and collectively, women today can change the way people think about the future of sales, marketing and partner management.

Women of the Channel Leadership Summit includes the most prominent and rising women across the spectrum of builders, buyers and sellers. This one-of-a-kind event empowers and cultivates the next generation of female leaders; and offers female channel and IT executives an opportunity to advance their skills, network with peers and be inspired by the women making a significant impact on the IT channel and industry today. Attendees benefit from interactive workshops, peer panels, motivational speakers, networking time and engaging sessions – all focused on the challenges, trends and opportunities in the today’s technology sector.

Together we Thrive

Women in business--no matter what stage of their career--find themselves in the throes of sweeping industry, business and cultural change. While their channel-centric organizations are thriving, they are in need of a diverse set of talents to fill the gaps that will allow them to accelerative growth. Inclusion and gender diversity initiatives are suddenly business imperatives designed to bring together the best and available talent with teams rich in different points of view. Women who have a seat the table need to use their positions to eradicate bias while reaching across that table to drive inclusion that can advance everyone. Women of the channel are in a unique position to capitalize on this power shift to establish themselves as leaders enabled by their followers who believe in the power of diversity and inclusion.

The Women of the Channel Career Pursuits Workshop connects talented young women with companies who know the value of engaging the next generation of female leadership.
Designed to empower female excellence, this event gives undergraduates the opportunity to discover technology careers that go beyond traditional IT jobs, covering a spectrum of career choices in technology sales, marketing, HR, and finance.  Women executives  and tech savvy industries will have the opportunity to mentor these rising stars while helping them explore multiple career paths in the channel.

It also provides insights on how to be more successful at your company.  Great job ladies!"

"I hightly recommend this event to all my women friends in the channel.  It's inspiring to be surrounded by smart and talented female leaders that are willing to share their experiences (good and bad) with you. You being to realize that they are not so different from you, and that in itself is motivating.  And the fact that everyone is so friendly is just icing on the cake!"
