The evening kicks off with the XChange 2017 XCellence awards, honoring the event’s top-performers and continues with CRN’s Annual Report Card awards, recognizing the year’s best-performing vendors in innovation, partnership and support. The awards ceremony ends with a special tribute to this year’s IT Hall of Fame honoree Frank Vitagliano. Founded in 1997 by CRN and administered by CompTIA since 2010, the IT Hall of Fame honors individuals who have made outstanding contributions or provided exceptional service to the IT channel, as well as those responsible for outstanding technology innovations or business transformations.

Peer-To-Peer MSP Executive Meetup This session is designed to bring together executives from leading managed service providers who want to connect with peers to gain a better understanding of today’s challenges and opportunities. This is a peer-to-peer session where sharing ideas around best practices, go-to-market strategies, issues and opportunities will be discussed. Designed by two veteran MSPs, this peer exchange has focused on the big issues facing MSPs such as business model evolution, strategic partnerships, marketing and sales compensation. The moderators will divide the room into work groups to discuss several topics in detail. Peer perspectives have emerged as one of the most important sources of information today for solution providers and customers. This session will allow attendees to compare notes in an open, friendly environment.
