As part of our global marketing team, the corporate marketing manager will be responsible for promoting our brand and value to the market, driving company-wide marketing programs that drive demand into the organization, maintaining our company messaging on social media and recruitment sites and support internal communications and committee programs. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive the expansion of The Channel Company brand in all regions
  • Translate corporate level goals and objectives into actionable, integrated and audience-specific marketing strategies that deliver engagement, leads, pipeline and revenue
  • Lead the execution of corporate marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
  • Work with creative teams, other marketing team members, internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors
  • Manage our corporate website inclusive of journey mapping, corporate messaging strategy, corporate level asset creation and collaborating with stakeholders on demand generation intersects.
  • Manage our corporate messaging on social media accounts, recruitment sites (i.e. Glassdoor) and other properties
  • Support HR team with external messaging requirements or employee/internal based materials
  • Participate in our internal committees, drive internal promotions or communications as well as external utilization opportunities (i.e. sustainability)
  • Drive as well as provide support for internal communications at a variety of different levels – global, regional, executive, team based
  • Align with Sales leadership on corporate level demand generation programs and lead management processes
  • Manage corporate level sales enablement, deliverables and templates
  • Continue to evolve and manage our contact acquisition, development and retention marketing program strategies
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, optimize for greatest performance, consistently communicate results and provide recommendations to key stakeholders


Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing experience, global brand marketing and/or IT industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field of study or commensurate combination of education and experience
  • Experience developing, executing and optimizing integrated marketing programs including digital, social media, search, email, advertising, events and content creation
  • Strong internal communications and enablement development experience
  • Deep knowledge of the marketing funnel, metrics and analytics to optimize campaigns
  • Experience with various marketing and analytics platforms (i.e. Marketo, Adobe Analytics), CRM platforms (i.e. SalesForce) and content management systems
  • Adept with digital and paid advertising strategies
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to work across all levels in an organization
  • Collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to travel as necessary
