Our Senior Partner Marketing Managers help our clients by consulting with their partners on strategic marketing decisions. Some of the day-to-day activities include but are not limited to:

  • Working with AWS partners to identify joint marketing activities that will meet the partner’s business goals and build integrated marketing plans to achieve those goals.
  • Reviewing messaging framework, solutions briefs, and copywriting (not technical). Content Marketing experience to lead integrated campaigns from end to end.
  • Support Partner Marketing Development Fund (MDF) utilization and work with partners to plan MDF activities.
  • Work with third party agencies to track, measure and report results and ROI of marketing campaigns.
  • Be a Stakeholder Advocate – the right candidate will advocate for their partners and stakeholders to ensure access to the tools required and remove roadblocks to the execution of programs.
  • Manage existing partner relationships ensuring the partners are informed, enabled and driving actions to grow their AWS revenues.
  • Support partner led marketing and demand gen programs.


Please note that this role is a 6-month contract, with the opportunity for extension.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-day execution and delivery of projects
  • Day-day supervision of project team members, ensuring the team understand their project priorities & KPI’s, and are successfully executing against these.
  • Coordinating and providing training to team members
  • First point of contact for specific client deliverables (e.g., reporting, reviews, feedback)
  • Coordinating and attending project reviews; attending account planning sessions
  • Escalation points for internal project team; identification and resolution of client issues with escalation to Program Manager/Director where necessary
  • Be able to articulate resolution to client issues. In some cases, be responsible to communicate resolution directly to the client.
  • Ensure that project goals are delivered on time.
  • Manage team KPI's & ensuring delivery of KPI's on the project.
  • QBR management & ownership of monthly reviews
  • Relationship building with client, to ensure project retention and growth.



Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience working in a consultative Marketing role.
  • Experience in the technology sector—preferably in software, data or cloud—partner/channel marketing, and/or account management. Experience as an SDR will be considered.
  • Comfort and familiarity serving as a marketing subject matter expert that can coach and nurture marketing planning AND tactical execution.
  • Experience of planning, managing and executing marketing plans and campaigns as well as experience liaising with third party agencies. Understanding of MDF programs and process preferred.
  • Good knowledge of marketing best practices (e.g. email marketing, SEO, SEA, social networks, display advertising, video production) and offline Marketing campaign types (e.g. events, telemarketing, print advertising, sponsoring, incentives)


Skills:

  • Copywriting Experience (not technical)
  • Excellent client liaison skills, ability to react and respond in a timely and effective manner.
  • Experience with C level messaging and ABM.
  • Demonstrated experience juggling multiple priorities, successful time management, and balancing competing priorities.
  • Strong MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel & reporting tools with the ability to present information in a consistent and professional manner.
  • Channel knowledge – consisting of Consulting Firms, GSI & SI preferred; experience with GSI preferred.
  • Knowledge or interest in Generative AI (preferred)
