There is no question that we are in an unprecedented time. Many of you across the channel are in the midst of transitioning to full work from home models, implementing business continuity plans, supporting remote learning environments for your families, and recalibrating strategies to keep things moving ahead—all while trying to mitigate disruption to the business.
As we collectively navigate and acclimate to these extraordinary challenges, we are right there with you facing this together. Our organization has implemented the appropriate measures to ensure our employees are protected and safe while continuing to serve our clients with the same level of service you have come to expect from The Channel Company. In addition, we have recently postponed four of our upcoming in-person events to later this year given the concerns for the safety and health of our partners and employees. As a result, we have scaled digital outreach programs to support the needs of our customers real-time to align with current priorities. We are committed to the success of our customers and want to ensure the best possible outcome for all.
Helping the technology channel community be successful has always been and will continue to be our passion. What is important to you is important to us. We have an amazing team across our business units that are here to help you navigate this unique time and committed to bringing the support, resources, and programs you need to keep your business moving ahead.
