As the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Strategic Consulting division at The Channel Company, Scott Davis is a visionary leader with a passion for technology and consulting. He has over 29 years of experience in driving growth, innovation, and transformation for his clients and teams. He oversees four practice areas: Analytics, Channel & Partner Strategy, Marketing Enablement, and Change & Transformation. He is an expert in delivering strategic solutions that leverage data science, analytics, AI, and ML to optimize go-to-market strategies and execution.

As the Chief Product Officer, Adelaide leads the strategy and execution of all product-related activities across The Channel Company that create lasting value for the business. Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and innovation to development, launch, and beyond, she manages and supports teams of product managers to ensure they're building products that benefit our customers, our audiences, and the business. Adelaide’s dedication to this mission is rooted in her remarkable track record of transforming The Channel Company's media business throughout her distinguished career that has spanned more than two decades.

In addition to being CPO, she also co-manages The Channel Company's IoT Advisory Board, which connects technology suppliers, systems integrators, and solution providers across the OT, IT, and telecom spectrum to promote innovation, collaboration, and education in the IoT space.

She is also the Executive Sponsor of TCC's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) community, and participates in industry events and webinars as a speaker, moderator, and panelist on advocating for gender and neuro diversity in the IT workforce.

Rik Wright is responsible for leading the Channel Company’s global infrastructure team and ensuring the company's cybersecurity program aligns with its mission and strategic growth plan. Rik is a veteran technologist with more than twenty-five years of experience providing leadership in business planning, product development, product marketing, and regulatory compliance for top-tier technology companies such as Microsoft and Akamai. Rik was one of the founding Principal Consultants and the Chief Information Officer of Audienz, a cloud strategy and marketing services firm that The Channel Company acquired in 2021.

 

Jennifer Follett is the Executive Editor for CRN, where she has been covering the IT solution provider channel for over 20 years. She currently oversees CRN magazine and CRN.com, the website for the industry’s leading channel publication. She previously reported on a number of technology beats for CRN, including networking and VoIP. During her time at CRN, she has interviewed a number of industry heavyweights, including Bill Gates, Michael Dell and John Chambers. She graduated from Boston University with degrees in journalism and English and lives in the Boston area with her family.

Steven Burke has been reporting on the technology industry and sales channel for 30 years. Burke joined CRN in 1993 and has teamed with fellow editors numerous times to win American Society of Business Publication Editors and Jesse H. Neal journalism awards. He is passionate about the role of partners using technology to solve business problems and has spoken at conferences on channel sales issues.

Bill Jones is The Channel Company’s President for Communities. With an unwavering passion for the high-tech field and over 25 years of experience in event management and media, he has established himself as an esteemed leader known for curating engaging and impactful experiences that cater to professionals and enthusiasts alike.
Leveraging his expertise, Bill skillfully develops and implements innovative strategies to foster communities, plan exceptional events, and create captivating media experiences. With his remarkable talent for crafting compelling content across various platforms, Bill excels at translating complex concepts into relatable material that resonates with audiences. His deep understanding of the high-tech landscape fuels his dedication for cultivating communities and delivering world-class events and channel media platforms that connect people and ignite ideas.

Jade Surrette is the President of Agency Services for The Channel Company where she sets our marketing strategy to drive brand amplification, demand for our full breadth of services across all segments, and increase value to our clients through innovative programs. Prior to her role as CMO, Jade served as Senior Vice President of Marketing Services, leading portfolio expansion and driving marketing strategy transformation for our clients to amplify their brand, accelerate opportunity for their business, and optimize investment for the greatest return. With over 20 years in the IT channel, Jade has led all aspects of marketing, services development, product management, operations and client management with extensive experience in driving strategic initiatives to increase sales and profitability, strengthen customer value, and garner high return.

Erika McGrath is a dynamic HR Executive with 20+ years of experience in all areas of Human Resources including talent engagement strategy, recruitment and retention, employee relations, strategy development and implementation, learning and development and benefits and compensation. As a proven strategic collaborator and business partner, Erika’s passion has always been around People and Culture and the key role that plays in business success. She has a graduate degree in Occupational Social Work from Columbia University and her previous experience includes working with a large international B2B media and events company where she worked in various divisional and corporate HR roles.
