The Digital Marketing Manager will use their knowledge and experience to help lead digital projects from inception to completion, while acting as the strategic voice. They demonstrate an ability to articulate their point of view on strategic and creative initiatives. They exude strong leadership skills and are flexible, organized and an energetic self-starter and they are fearless when it comes to work challenges and with a passion for a quality product. They can manage multiple projects across different channels (social media campaigns, content syndication, display advertising, etc.) at the same time.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and analyze reporting for clients and join client facing calls, as needed
  • Adhering to best practices across all digital projects to ensure campaigns are set up for optimal success
  • Communicate with the Creative and Account management team members to ensure all campaigns components are in alignment and meet the client’s goals and objectives)
  • Managing outside vendors to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns
  • Engage in contingency planning and recommend solutions to further foster client relationships
  • Anticipate potential relationship or expectation issues, advising their manager and/or Director in time for the agency to act proactively
  • Proactively manage projects, through regular status updates, recognize dependencies and escalate issues as needed
  • Willingness to push your own thinking and the agency’s work in new directions
  • Be a team player who can effectively collaborate with various departments – helping to educate and mentor digital best practices across multidisciplinary teams
  • Be able to adapt to workload and working conditions while maintaining a positive attitude



Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of digital campaign management experience
  • Fearlessness when it comes to work challenges and passion for a quality product
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and deliverables
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working in B2B marketing or an agency, preferred.
  • Experience working in the tech industry, preferred.
